This is due to a large amount of junk food, a sedentary lifestyle, and low activity. There are several recommendations that can significantly reduce the risk of a disease. Naturally, they do not give a 100% guarantee, but if they are reached, you can most likely avoid this disease:

    • review your diet - you should increase the intake of fiber, that is, eat more cereals, legumes, seeds, fruits, vegetables. Do not abruptly start eating only cereals and vegetables, the increase in fiber should be gradual,
    • exclude poisoning, diarrhea and constipation,
    • it is necessary to ensure that the stool is soft and regular, for this you can drink plenty of fluids throughout the day,
    • no need to sit on a toilet seat for a long time and strain hard during bowel movements,
    • during sedentary work it is recommended to periodically get up and walk around or do a little workout,
    • daily need to do exercises,
    • do not sharply lift heavy things, as this causes blood flow and veins widening,
    • hygiene of the anal area must be observed.
